Green tea diet makes a healthy living

Green tea diet plan is a healthy and prominent way to lose weight. The fast paced and chaotic routine of most of the people keeps them devoid from exercises. Hence people always seem to follow shortcuts to lose weight. Keeping behind all other shortcuts, green tea diet is favorable than all others. Green tea is similar to black tea as both contain Caffeine but green tea is loaded with anti-oxidants like epigallocatechin gallate (aka EGCG) and catechin. Human obesity is only due to the deposition of excess fat in the body. The ingredients of the green tea help activate the metabolic activities and also burn the extra fat deposition or cholesterol in the body. Green tea consists of Camellia sinensis leaves which are not fermented like other saleable tea leaves. Instead it is prepared by steaming fresh tea leaves. These leaves prevent your heart, pancreas, skin and liver from cancer. Originating in Asian countries like Japan, China and India, it has slowly been admired by people in western countries too. In antique days, this tea was used to cure digestive chaos, heart diseases, hypertension etc. This was also used to endorse mental health, heal wounds and to normalize body temperature.

Guidelines for a green tea diet:
Green tea is healthier than water. Hence you need to drink green tea habitually half a time you drink water. Drink green tea at least 5 times a day. Control eating of fat as this increases your obesity. The sole objective of a green tea diet is to burn the glut fat in the body. Stop drinking alcohol or any other fermented drink when you are on such a diet. Unsaturated fats like butter, cheese, cream should be the final thing you devour on a diet. Do not stop eating for longer periods as it stops body metabolism because carbohydrates and glucose are necessary for metabolism. Another important thing is regular exercises when you are on a diet. Choose a time everyday when you work out within a stringent plan. Always try and keep away from artificial green tea products as they contain addictive caffeine. Natural green tea contains energizers like ginseng and guarana.

Green tea diet alternatives:
There are many complement to green tea diet available. They are green tea extracts diet, diet pills, green tea diet patches etc. These are similar to dieting as green tea pills are made from tea leaves and can be taken on own preference, green tea extracts diet is a herbal derivation of catechins and other components obtained from tea leaves and the diet patched are fixed to the skin of a person who gets continuous supply of product from the patch all time of the day. 

Green tea is very useful in keeping your body healthy and at the same time keeping away from cancer and also helping you shed your weight. When you get so many benefits from green tea, then why not convert to a green tea diet instead of black tea.
